Coop Alleanza 3.0  – Parafarmacie

Coop Alleanza is the largest cooperative in Italy, with over 400 sales points located in 12 regions: Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, Marche, Abruzzo, Puglia, Basilicata and via subsidiaries, in Trentino, Lazio, Campania and Sicily. Established in January 2016 from the merger with Coop Adriatica, COOP Consumatori Nordest and Coop Estense, it is part of the Sistema Coop, which brings together 93 consumer cooperatives, including 7 large organisations. Founded on the principles of equal rights, democracy, solidarity, individual responsibility and justice, it has one main objective: to collectively purchase consumer products, thereby allowing their associates and customers to save money.

For Coop Alleanza, we designed electric, special and mechanical systems at the group’s sales points (including health and beauty retailers, opticians and travel agents). The majority of the works regarding the systems were carried out at night (so as not to interfere with shopping centre opening times) and over an exceptionally short timescale.

As a result of our organisational and logistical expertise and vast available workforce, we were able to ‘overlap’ work phases, coordinating the construction and furnishing work stages at the sales points and operating in extremely unusual hours and conditions (at times coinciding with opening hours and the busiest time of the day in terms of clients) in order to meet and satisfy the requirements of one of our most prestigious and far-reaching customers, operating nationwide.
