Granarolo

Granarolo is the largest agro-industrial group in Italian ownership, comprising two different and synergistic organisations: a consortium of milk producers (Granlatte) that operates in the farming sector and gathers the raw material and a joint-stock company (Granarolo S.p.A) that processes and markets the end product and boasts 16 production sites nationwide and 6 sites abroad. The Granarolo Group consists of 1,000 breeders who produce milk, 70 means for the collection of the raw material from the farms and 1,200 vehicles for distribution that transport 850 thousand tonnes of milk each year and that serve over 50 thousand sales points, reaching 16 million Italian families.

For Granarolo, Cacciari Impianti designed the emergency lighting system, the purification system and the connection with the new chiller machines.
