Torre SGR – Roma
We designed a residential area measuring 1.500 sq.m in the prestigious Parioli district.
The electrical systems were designed to meet both requirements of a technical nature (performance efficiency, maximum ergonomics, reduction in consumption and safety) and an aesthetical nature, paying meticulous attention to the design and finishes of the light fittings.
The mechanical systems envisaged primary centralised air distribution (cold air) with a ‘flushing/controlled re-circulation’ system and an under floor system for the heating.
The domotics, in addition to making each ambient user-friendly, support the systems in order to save energy and enable the user to interact with each specific area. The 1,500 square metres are supported by a 12-kW solar panel system, which makes the entire complex eco-friendly.
